Littlest Pet Shop Birthday Card for my youngest daughter!! I used a bunch of scrap papers, American Crafts ribbon, colored staples, and cut out a Littlest Pet Shop dog from her invitation cards I purchased.
To make the dog have a bobble head, I pulled the wire out of a wired piece of ribbon, coiled it into a spring and adhered with a 3D Pop Dot!

I hot glued the
Petaloo flowers to a hair clip, cut a slit in the card and inserted the clip inside.
Here is one of my girls wearing the flower clip in her hair!
