Luckily it already had the cut black ribbon attached as well!
This is the way it hangs on the front of my girls' bedroom door. In front of a pink wreath I got after Christmas on clearance!
Supplies: Halloween plaque from Honk's; journey and wonder papers by Three Bugs in a Rug from the Tickled Pink collection. Magenta and Black cardstock; 'Sweet and Sassy" cut from Cricuts' Opposite Attract cartridge by Provo Craft; diamond gem stickers; 3D foam squares; Port Wine and Black ink by Memories; and nail sanding block.
Techniques: Line background paper (Wonder) up to plaque and line with pencil, cut out and adhere. Ink edges to cover up any inconsistencies and blend to plaque's color. Cut out text on Cricut and line up where it will be placed on plaque. Sand paper under the word "Sweet" to help it stand out from similar colors. Adhere letters to plaque. Cut out flowers from patterned paper (Journey) and adhere some with regular adhesive and some with 3D foam squares. Add gems to corners of "sassy" text.
